- At the moment all products are sold through Jérémy Couture's store. Spokes t-shirts are also available at Génétik Sport in Québec City.

How can I follow Jérémy Couture's work and new products?

- Of course through Jérémy Couture's website (www.jeremycouture.com) and check out the other projects websites of 6.1 designers (www.6point1.ca) and Spokes Canada (www.spokescanada.com). 6.1 designers can also be followed through Facebook. We're not there with Tweeter, maybe one day...

What kind of payments do you accept?

- Jérémy Couture accepts major credit cards, all made via PayPal.

Do I need a Paypal account to buy the products on the website?

- No worries for non Paypal user. There is no need for a Paypal account, just follow the instructions and only use your credit card.

Where do you ship?

- Jérémy Couture ships to Canada and USA. We also ship to internationally, but please contact us prior to order in order to validate the shipping costs.

What is your return policy?

- Jérémy Couture wants you to be satisfied from what you are buying within this site.

You are responsible of your order placed on Jeremy Couture's website. Please understand that Jeremy Couture cannot accept returns or refunds if the product is in good condition.

If there is any damage or defectuosity with the product, Jérémy Couture will replace the product with another one that's available. If that product is not longer available, Jeremy Couture will either give you credit for another purchase on Jeremy Couture' store, or will refund the value of the purchase. In order to get the credit or refund, the defective product will have to be sent back to Jeremy Couture prior to any process of refund or credit.

In favor, Jérémy Couture wants you to use your good sense, politeness and patience. Since Jérémy Couture is not a big company, you won't get lost speaking to representatives. On the other hand, Jérémy Couture doesn't have thousand warehouses, so please consider production delays for certain items. Since we make small production, items may slightly vary from one to another. That's what Jérémy Couture believe is good diversity. Jérémy Couture's products are made for quality with elegant diversity in mind.
